1. Update the Standard Cost for the year in which the bridge inspection data is being submitted.

2. Enter the condition rating of the bridge based on the current condition into the system to get an accurate analytics report.

3. Analytics is prepared for Rating values 1 to 5.

4. When the individual elements are assigned ratings, the appropriate ratings for components shall be evaluated as the average of the ratings of the elements in that component. Please calculate the average before you input the values. Ensure to average element ratings for Deck component to use in Deck rating, elements of super structure for rating of superstructure etc.

5. Ensure that all input values are mandatory and adhere to the configuration of the input cell. DO not use the buttons on the left side panel to move from one screen to the next screen. Unless you use the button at the bottom right side, data entered on the screen will not be saved to the database.

6. In this Analytics tool following Rating nomenclature is used for Structural, Functional, Socio-Economic and Cause Matrix:
Rating 1 implies Good Condition.
Rating 2 implies Satisfactory Condition.
Rating 3 implies Poor Condition.
Rating 4 implies Critical Condition.
Rating 5 implies Failed Condition

7. Minimum change of rating when SHM is applied should be 2 for change percent upto 25% and the maximum will be 3 for change percent above 25%.

8. Update the system with any repairs made to the bridge.
